K-Jon’s Fine Jewelers<\/a> \u2013 one of Novell\u2019s most reputable and forward-thinking wedding\u00a0band retailers \u2013 recently thanked Novell for our ability to almost always say \u201cyes\u201d to their consumers\u2019 special wedding\u00a0band customization requests. This gesture is greatly appreciated, and it is a nice opportunity to share what Pam M. at K-Jon’s had to say:<\/p>\n

Dear Novell staff \u2013 I wanted to write and thank you all for the wonderful service we get whenever we call. It is such a pleasure to work with such helpful and fun people! As the person who does most of the ordering for the store, I know this is not always the case when working with vendors. I also really appreciate that when we have the most unusual requests \u2013 you all never have said \u201cno!\u201d So thank you \u2013 all of you at Novell! <\/em><\/p>\n
