How do I place an order?
Novell Design Studio sells all of our merchandise through our nationwide authorized retailers. For the location nearest to you, please visit our "Find a retailer" section of our website. Our retailers will be able to answer all manufacturing and pricing questions that you may have.
 
In what metals can I order a Novell wedding band?
Our wedding bands can be special ordered in platinum, palladium, 18kt gold, 14kt gold or Argentium Silver when you work with our authorized retailers.
 
Can design changes be made to Novell wedding bands?
Novell rings can be custom-manufactured to your specific dimensional requirements. We can alter the width, height or even color of our product as needed. In many cases, aspects from several designs can be combined into one unique piece.
 
Are my Novell Design Studio rings under warranty?
All Novell rings are warranted from defect through normal usage. If any product is worked on by any source - outside of Novell's expert factory - warranty is immediately forfeited. If you should encounter any problem with Novell's product, contact one of our authorized retailers for assistance.
 
What is the standard delivery time?
Every ring is made to order. The standard order is created and shipped with 8-10 working days. Orders can be rushed, at no extra charge, when specified while placing the order with an authorized retailer.
 
Are any rings discontinued?
Novell manufactures every ring that has been pictured in our advertisements and catalogs. Rarely do we discontinue a ring that we have designed. We can also create a ring from a sample, picture or sketch if need be.
 
Is any product imported or manufactured off premise?
Novell Design Studio wedding bands are manufactured only in our factory. We do not import or rely on other sources for our product.

Who is my sales representative?
Novell uses the team approach to create and service our sales distribution network. There are no commissioned sales representatives. Instead we utilize professional employees concerned only with what's best for your store.
 
How can Novell effectively service our store and at the same time offer so much freedom for us to alter designs? Does Novell shelf stock product?
No. Novell does not shelf stock product. Instead, we use our unique method of component manufacturing. Our production facility maintains a large inventory of components necessary to build a wide array of product. That allows us to make any change and still meet a deadline.
 
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via the phone or fax. Call 888-668-3551 to place an order. You will receive a confirmation number and anticipated delivery date. Any cancellations or changes to an order must take place within 24 hours of placement.
 
How can I get the current price on a ring?
Price quotes are obtained by calling Customer Service at 888-668-3551. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (EST), on Monday through Friday.
 
Are any rings discontinued?
Novell manufactures every ring pictured in our catalogs and shown by our staff. We never discontinue a style that we design. In fact, we often create products for our customers based on their sample, picture or sketch.
 
Is any product imported or manufactured off premise?
Novell Design Studio product is manufactured on premise in Rahway, New Jersey. All work is done in house. We currently maintain a brand new facility filled with the best craftspeople in the industry.
 
What is the standard delivery time?
Every ring is made to order. The standard order is created and shipped with 10-12 working days, and shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (Fed Ex). Orders can be rushed, at no extra charge, if specified when placing the order. You never have to pad your requirements because we do not miss delivery dates.
 
Does Novell memo rings?
Since we do not stock finished product, we do not memo rings. If a ring is available we can make a limited accommodation to a customer provided their account is in good standing.
 
Can I downgrade a ring?
Downgrades for stocking jewelers are available in 14kt or 18kt gold (white or yellow) or 14kt (rose).
 
Does Novell have a co-operative advertising program?
Novell handles all co-op advertising requests on a case by case basis. Basic considerations include overall level of business and amount of live product in stock.
